In the event that odds are published in error — including manifest errors resulting from technical faults, data feed failures, or human input mistakes — betbtd reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds. If a sports event is abandoned or postponed before the relevant market result can be determined, betbtd will void all open bets on that event and return stakes to players' betbtd account balances. Where a partial result has been determined at the point of abandonment, the applicable sport-specific rules — as published in the betbtd sportsbook rules section — will apply.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit betbtd's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
